That was Derek Stepan, selected 51st overall in 2008.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I kind of get it. The Islanders are 11-6-3 in their last 20 <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s after losing Saturday afternoon at Boston. They have more or less resembled the team they were expected to be coming into the season. Next year won\u2019t open with 13 games on the road and it likely won\u2019t be ruled by pandemic-related protocols.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So doubling down might be a winning play. Players traded after the deadline are ineligible to play for the remainder of the season.
