It wasn\u2019t a suicide,\u201d Paris\u2019 distraught mother, Shinise Harvey, told <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stltoday.com\/news\/local\/crime-and-courts\/family-grieves-deaths-of-st-louis-cousins-12-and-14-shot-at-birthday-party-downtown\/article_c65a7323-4af8-5603-aa79-e1cddc3e2c14.html\">the St. Louis Post-Dispatch<\/a>. \u201cIt was a freak accident. It h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She said relatives who saw the video said the pair was \u201ctrying to be too hip\u201d when the shooting happened. <\/p>\n<p>Police told the outlet that the cousins were found unresponsive at 2:07 a.m. and both were later pronounced dead at the scene. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt wasn\u2019t a situation where they were arguing or anything like that,\u201d said Susan Dyson, the dead girl\u2019s grandmother. \u201cThey were playing with a gun when they shouldn\u2019t have been. Of course, they shouldn\u2019t have been doing it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it just went off,\u201d Dyson said. \u201cIt went off by mistake.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She said the two were at a birthday party for younger family members when they went into the bathroom to film in front of a mirror. That\u2019s when the tragedy happened.<\/p>\n<p>The family said the two were so close they were like \u201cbrother and sister,\u201d and typically horsed around when together, pulling pranks, rapping, or making videos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo matter how good we raise our kids they still are going to venture off,\u201d Shinise Harvey told the Dispatch. <\/p>\n<p>St. Louis police have not released the results of the department\u2019s investigation.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
