And he\u2019s been suiting up despite significant discomfort.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSometimes, yeah. Most of the time, yeah honestly. I\u2019d say we\u2019re doing a good job of trying to manage it on off days, and getting the proper amount of treatment,\u201d Curry said. \u201cIt\u2019s tough just in the sense that I can\u2019t do as much as I want to every day as far as practice-wise and working on my <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>, getting extra work in.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Curry didn\u2019t think the ankle would need offseason surgery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, it\u2019s not that. Just more of an extended amount of rest period. He\u2019s a pretty tough character and wants to play, so I think he\u2019ll be OK. If there\u2019s pockets where we can preserve him and limit his minutes, we\u2019ll try.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Curry entered Tuesday\u2019s game averaging 15.3 points on .485 shooting from deep since joining the Nets.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>Ben Simmons (back) hasn\u2019t been able to do any more over the past few days than he had been previously, according to Nash. He hasn\u2019t had a second MRI exam, but still hasn\u2019t been cleared to even go one-on-zero, much less practice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s the same thing every day. \u2026 Y\u2019all put out the same stuff every day, so I\u2019m not gonna just regurgitate the same thing,\u201d Curry said when asked about Simmons\u2019 progress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s able to obviously pass the ball and move around. You guys seen him during the game, he\u2019s doing it. That\u2019s as much as he\u2019s done,\u201d added Andre Drummond, who said Simmons has essentially been limited to walk-throughs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s moving around a little bit more. He looks good, he looks h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y. In terms of what he\u2019s doing, none of us know: He\u2019s the mystery guy. He comes in in sweats every day, and then God knows what he does after that. So hopefully he\u2019s doing his recovery and he\u2019s getting better each and every day. When we get him back, we get him back.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>Villanova coach Jay Wright revealed on SiriusXM Tuesday that Kevin Durant reached out to talk to and encourage Justin Moore, who suffered a ruptured Achilles as Durant had in the 2019 NBA Finals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJustin\u2019s from my area,\u201d Durant said. \u201cMe and coach Wright spent a lot of time this summer and we built a tight bond. If he ever needed something, I told him I was there, and vice versa, and he thought it\u2019d be cool for us to have a conversation.
