Marco Rubio warns at the Washington Examiner<\/a>. We \u201cmust gr<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>le with an even more powerful adversary: the People\u2019s Republic of China.\u201d For decades, the Chinese Communist Party has \u201cundermined\u201d the United States. And while the CCP has spent decades building \u201cup its hard power\u201d to \u201cdisplace America as the world\u2019s greatest power,\u201d Americans have been \u201cdistracted by domestic politics.\u201d To \u201cprevail\u201d against the CCP, we \u201cneed to revitalize our industrial capacity,\u201d since \u201ca nation dependent on hostile regimes for basic goods is not going to last long.\u201d And we need \u201cstrong allies and partners\u201d to prevent \u201cBeijing\u2019s dominion over its neighbors.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Neocon_Putin_May_Win_His_Real_Goals\"><\/span><strong>Neocon: Putin May Win His Real Goals<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cThe conventional wisdom is that Vladimir Putin catastrophically miscalculated,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/03\/29\/opinion\/ukraine-war-putin.html\">notes The New York Times\u2019 Bret Stephens<\/a>. But: \u201cSuppose for a moment that Putin never intended to conquer all of Ukraine\u201d and that all he wanted were \u201cthe energy riches of Ukraine\u2019s east\u201d \u2014 Europe\u2019s \u201csecond-largest known reserves of natural gas.\u201d If so, \u201cPutin doesn\u2019t seem like the miscalculating loser his critics make him out to be.\u201d Moreover, at home \u201cthe war has already served Putin\u2019s political purposes.\u201d And if \u201cRussia\u2019s military has embarrassed itself,\u201d that\u2019s \u201cmore likely to lead to a well-aimed purge from above than a broad revolution from below.\u201d Bottom line: \u201cIt\u2019s always wiser to treat your adversary as a canny fox, not a crazy fool.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Libertarian_Your_Big_Bill_for_Buffalo_Stadium\"><\/span><strong>Libertarian: Your Big Bill for Buffalo Stadium<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gov. Hochul is giving the Buffalo Bills \u201cthe largest taxpayer-funded stadium subsidy in NFL history,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/reason.com\/2022\/03\/29\/taxpayers-to-be-billed-a-billion-dollars-for-buffalo-bills-new-stadium\/\">thunders Reason\u2019s Eric Boehm<\/a>. \u201cState and local taxpayers will contribute about $850 million toward the estimated $1.4 billion stadium project.\u201d But the public must also pay another $6 million a year \u201cfor the next 30 years to fund upgrades to the stadium and another $6.6 million for the next 15 years\u201d for repairs. \u201cThat\u2019s an extra $160 million in taxpayer funds\u201d atop the $850 million price tag. Yet \u201cNew York\u2019s combined state and local tax burden is the highest in the country,\u201d so \u201cAmerica\u2019s most put-upon taxpayers are now being asked to foot the bill for the Bills\u2019 billionaire owners\u2019 new stadium.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Education_beat_Real_Reason_for_Florida_Fight\"><\/span><strong>Education beat: Real Reason for Florida Fight<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you \u201cactually read the damn bill for yourself, you see how innocuous\u201d Florida\u2019s so-called \u201cDon\u2019t Say Gay\u201d law is, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/spectatorworld.com\/topic\/florida-reins-in-left-dont-say-gay-attacks\/\">notes Chadwick Moore at Spectator World<\/a>. It\u2019s \u201ca reminder, more than anything else, for educators to stick to age-appropriate topics\u201d in classroom discussions and doesn\u2019t preclude \u201cone-on-one conversations between a student and teacher.\u201d Why \u201cthe extraordinary outrage\u201d? Simple: Progressives are \u201cupset about losing their stranglehold over education.\u201d Parents watching their kids learn remotely got \u201cdisgusted and outraged\u201d with teachers pumping students full of critical race theory and \u201cbizarre gender ideology.\u201d Florida has \u201cput the left in time-out, and Democrats are having an absolute conniption,\u201d basically saying, \u201cYou\u2019re not allowed to tell us what to do, especially in education.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Green_watch_SEC_%E2%80%98Constitutional_Overreach\"><\/span><strong>Green watch: SEC \u2018Constitutional Overreach\u2019<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Don\u2019t \u201cbe fooled\u201d by the Securities and Exchange Commission\u2019s claims that its proposal for \u201cmandatory climate disclosure is solely about protecting investors,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/opinion\/energy-environment\/600203-the-sec-tries-its-hand-at-climate-policy\">advises RealClearFoundation\u2019s Rupert Darwall<\/a>. The real point: to direct capital to favored businesses and advance favored political and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a> goals. The commission can\u2019t \u201copenly admit\u201d that, since that goal violates its \u201cmandate to maintain fair, efficient markets\u201d and \u201cfacilitate capital formation.\u201d Indeed, the new rules would \u201cpush oil and gas investment from public to private markets and from Wall Street-listed companies to overseas ones,\u201d especially those \u201cimmune\u201d to climate activism.
