On March 22, the man died after being taken off life support. <\/p>\n<p>The man\u2019s death is part of a growing number of injured immigrants who are entering the US illegally by climbing the border wall, El Paso immigrant advocate Ruben Garcia told The Post Monday. She\u2019s coming to us in a wheelchair. We get those all of the time, all of the time,\u201d said Garcia.<\/p>\n<p>Immigrants who pay smugglers to get them into the country are able to negotiate multiple attempts over the border wall, which can be 30 feet high in some places, said Garcia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou need to understand, if I\u2019m a smuggler, there\u2019s only one issue,\u201d Garcia explained. \u201cThere\u2019s only one consideration and that\u2019s money. I\u2019m going to help you get on top of that fence. I\u2019m going to give you a ladder, or just a rope with knots that you\u2019re supposed to be able to climb.
