Source: TradingView<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Trader_shows_importance_of_200DMA_for_Bitcoin\"><\/span>Trader shows importance of 200DMA for Bitcoin<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Data from Cointelegraph Markets Pro and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/symbols\/BTCUSD\/?exchange=BINANCE\">TradingView<\/a>\u00a0showed BTC\/USD encountering downward pressure as financial markets opened Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The pair was thus more or less at the same level as 24 hours previously, with the intervening period seeing volatility both up and down.<\/p>\n<p>Amid an overall lack of direction, traders and analysts were waited to see where the largest cryptocurrency would go next.<\/p>\n<p>Popular <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> account CivEkonom was optimistic, highlighting a CME futures gap at $54,000 as a potential target.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Talk about compressed and coiling up. Should break up, but you never know,&#8221; he <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CivEkonom\/status\/1511256455495749634\">said<\/a> as part of comments on the day.<\/p>\n<p>Fellow account Crypto Rover noted the significance of the 200-day moving average that Bitcoin was attempting to break through.
