Airline stocks have suffered as air <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a> fell-off dramatically during the COVID-19 lockdowns.<\/p>\n<p>Spirit\u2019s 52-week high of $39.19 is $6 above the reported offer from JetBlue of $33 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/04\/05\/business\/jetblue-spirit-frontier.html\">New York Times reported<\/a> the $33 a share JetBlue offer, citing people with knowledge of the matter.<\/p>\n<p>Spirit declined to comment beyond a written statement. Frontier and JetBlue, the sixth largest U.S airline, did not im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely comment.
