\n A Jeffrey Epstein accuser will get another shot at unmasking the dead pedophile\u2019s alleged accomplices, an app<\/a>ellate court ruled Friday.<\/p>\n

Courtney Wild, 32 \u2014 who claims the twisted 66-year-old multimillionaire sexually abused her starting when she was just 14 \u2014 had been trying to revive her 2008 lawsuit seeking to throw out a controversial non-prosecution agreement protecting Epstein\u2019s alleged co-conspirators from criminal charges.<\/p>\n

In April, in a split ruling, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals reluctantly rejected Wild\u2019s bid on legal grounds while acknowledging that the decision leaves Epstein\u2019s victims \u201cempty-handed.\u201d<\/p>\n

But since one of the three judges sided with Wild, she asked the full circuit court to review the decision.<\/p>\n

The appellate judges Friday ruled Wild can re-argue her case before nine of its judges at a future date.<\/p>\n

Wild filed suit along with others after Epstein was given a secret sweetheart plea deal in a Florida underage prostitution case without his victims knowing or having a say.<\/p>\n

The agreement \u2014 which was hammered out with then-Southern District of Florida US Attorney Alexander Acosta \u2014 also included a non-prosecution agreement for Epstein\u2019s alleged accomplices, which victims again didn\u2019t find out about until after the fact.<\/p>\n

After Epstein was found dead in a Lower Manhattan jail cell in August 2019, a federal judge tossed Wild\u2019s case on the grounds that it was \u201cmoot.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wild said in a statement Friday, \u201cWe have fought for 12 years, and as I\u2019ve said before, no matter how many obstacles pile up, we will never give up fighting for what is right.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her lawyers, Paul Cassell and Bradley Edwards, added, \u201cWe look forward to arguing before the full Eleventh Circuit that \u2018secret\u2019 plea deal[s] violate the Crime Victims\u2019 Rights Act and that this particular deal should be rescinded.\u201d<\/p>\n

The office for the US Attorney in the Northern District of Georgia \u2014 which is repping the Florida US Attorney\u2019s Office in the appeals case \u2014 did not immedia<\/a>tely return a request for comment.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
