But it does have a fire pit with a wraparound custom wood bench perfect for hosting a hippy-dippy, kumbaya-fest. <\/p>\n<p>Baltazar describes the perfect buyer as someone looking for \u201cpeace.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also a two-car garage.
