She was being held on a $500,000 bond in Starr County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>Local District Attorney Gocha Allen Ramirez announced Sunday that his office reached out to her counsel and explained that the  DA would be filing a motion to dismiss the indictment Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn reviewing <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>licable Texas law, it is clear that Ms. Herrera cannot and should not be prosecuted for the allegation against her,\u201d the DA wrote in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn reviewing this case, it is clear that the Starr County Sheriff\u2019s Department did their duty in investigating the incident brought to their attention by the reporting hospital.
