A police officer gets out of his cruiser, approaches the vehicle and realizes there\u2019s no one in the drivers seat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The tries to open the driver\u2019s side door, finds that it\u2019s locked and walks back toward his cruiser.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Cruise vehicle then speeds away through an intersection, eliciting screams and laughter from bystanders.
