Speaking to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ew.com\/tv\/this-is-us-chrissy-metz-goodbye-katoby-kate-new-romance\/\">Entertainment Weekly<\/a>, Chrissy Metz confirms as much:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I mean, they\u2019ve been trying to rekindle their friendship and yes, she will be there. It\u2019s just we don\u2019t know who she is going to be there with.<\/p>\n<p>Given that Sophie was at the engagement party, it\u2019s probably not that much of a surprise that she will be there. Yet, we still consider this to be a more than welcome thing to know. There are still a lot of romantic possibilities out there for Kevin, and we suppose it\u2019s possible that he ends up with no one.
