Scheider plays Joseph, a retired New York City police officer who goes to Germany to visit his estranged son. While in Germany, he discovers that his son\u2019s neighbor is the Nazi officer who killed his family in Poland during the Holocaust. Myers said of Scheider\u2019s final film, \u201c<em>Beautiful Blue Eyes<\/em> is a gripping thriller that addresses the premise of what a Holocaust survivor might have done had he come across the Nazi who murdered his family. I\u2019m honored to bring Roy Scheider\u2019s breathtaking final performance to global audiences as Moviefarm\u2019s first release.\u201d<br \/>\n <!-- No winning ad found for zone: word count #2! --><br \/>\nScheider finished filming his scenes for <em>Beautiful Blue Eyes<\/em>, however, technical issues had caused many scenes to need to be redone, and the actor had passed away before he could reshoot any scenes. As a result, the production had to wait until the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> was able to produce a workable facsimile of Scheider to complete the production. Scheider was seen as a leading man throughout the seventies and early eighties. He was nominated for a Best Leading Actor Oscar for the 1980 movie <em>All That Jazz<\/em> and for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for the 1975 movie <em>The French Connection<\/em>. Scheider was also well known for his TV work, most notably in the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a> fiction series <em>SeaQuest DSV<\/em>, which saw him return to an underwater role. It was a role he was nervous about taking, however, the show became a fan favorite and, although expensive to produce, was well received by critics and fans alike.<br \/>\n <!-- No winning ad found for zone: word count #3! --><br \/>\nScheider is probably best known for his role in <em>Jaws,<\/em> where he uttered the famous and often misquoted line, \u201cYou\u2019re gonna need a bigger boat.\u201d He later reprised his role in the second <em>Jaws<\/em> film.<br \/>\n<!-- Zone: character count repeatable. --><br \/>\n<em>Beautiful Blue Eyes<\/em> marks the first time Scheider has <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eared on-screen since 2009\u2019s <em>Iron Cross, and<\/em> it is a reworking of that film. <em>Iron Cross<\/em> had to be completed without Scheider as he passed away while the film was still being produced.
