Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed a two-week stretch of taunts Musk has launched on the embattled social media giant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Shortly after disclosing his stake, Musk immediately began teasing possible moves including\u00a0converting Twitter\u2019s San Francisco headquarters into a homeless shelter.<\/p>\n<p>Musk also has suggested adding an edit button for tweets.<\/p>\n<p>During Thursday\u2019s interview, Musk mused that a way to reduce abuse of the edit button would be to \u201czero out\u201d retweets and favorites when a tweet is edited.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/elon-musk-3.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"Elon Musk \" class=\"wp-image-21905252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/elon-musk-3.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/elon-musk-3.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/elon-musk-3.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>Elon Musk wants to buy Twitter for $41 billion. <\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">SOPA Images\/LightRocket via Gett<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He also said that \u201celiminating the spam and scam bots and the bot armies\u201d would be a top priority if he takes over Twitter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the Thursday securities filing announcing his takeover offer, Musk used blunt language, telling the Twitter board: \u201cI am not playing the back-and-forth <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have moved straight to the end,\u201d the entrepreneur said. \u201cIt\u2019s a high price and your shareholders will love it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The billionaire Tesla CEO has asked to terminate a 2018 consent decree with the Securities and Exchange Commission that has required his tweets about the electric car maker and its business be vetted by a company lawyer.
