If you have a document in Google Docs or Slides where you want to share those responses, you can simply embed the response chart.<\/p>\n<p>The responses in Google Forms come in a variety of forms. You may have a pie chart or a bar graph, depending on the question type. You can choose which chart to embed and by doing so, you can update it as you receive more responses. This means the response chart is always up to date in your document or presentation.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Copy_the_Google_Forms_Response_Chart\"><\/span><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" name=\"autotoc_anchor_0\">Copy the Google Forms Response Chart<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Visit <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/\">Google Forms<\/a>, sign in, and open the form you want to use. Go to the Responses tab at the top of the form.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll see the responses for each question in the form of a chart. You will not be able to update it without removing it and inserting a new chart.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Update_the_Chart_in_Docs_or_Slides\"><\/span>Update the Chart in Docs or Slides<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As you receive new <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/709772\/how-to-limit-responses-in-google-forms\/\">responses in Google Forms, you\u2019ll have the option to update the chart in Google Docs or Slides. If an update is available, you can click \u201cUpdate\u201d next to the form.
