Another step closer to our dream of making <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/crypto?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#crypto<\/a> accessible to every Indian.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Sumit Gupta (CoinDCX) (@smtgpt) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/smtgpt\/status\/1516279192702308352?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 19, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><br \/>\nAccording to the announcement, \u201ceducation, innovation and compliance\u201d are the key areas of focus for CoinDCX, in addition to spreading crypto and blockchain awareness among Indian investors.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the crypto exchange has invested in risk management and compliance frameworks in an effort to enhance compliance with Financial Action Task Force recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>In August 2021, the Mumbai-based crypto exchange became the first crypto unicorn from India\u00a0when it reached a valuation of $1.1 billion after raising $90 million in a Series C funding. <\/p>\n<p>At the time, CoinDCX CEO Sumit Gupta had shared plans to repurpose the funds to expand the crypto investor base and set up a research and development facility, among others.<\/p>\n<p>With over $2 billion in valuation, CoinDCX has become the most-valued crypto company in India.
