Plus, unlike the previous version, it doesn\u2019t require you to delete chat history on the Android app.<\/p>\n<p>Before you use this feature, make sure to update your Telegram app.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how to use it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Telegram app on your phone.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the chat for which you want to activate the auto-delete option.<\/li>\n<li>Tap on the contact banner.<\/li>\n<li>Tap on the three-dot menu. This is available on the top-right corner of the screen on Android, and under the <em>more <\/em>option on iOS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"post-image post-mediaBleed aligncenter\"><img
