The <em>Iron Man <\/em>threequel saw an anxiety-ridden Tony Stark come face to face with the consequences of his past life and the threats brought in by his charades as an outspoken and explicitly candid superhero.<br \/>\n <!-- No winning ad found for zone: word count #1! --><!-- No winning ad found for zone: Below First Paragraph! --><!-- No winning ad found for zone: mid intro! --><br \/>\nHowever, the film\u2019s take on the iconic Marvel Comics villain Mandarin fell flat. <em>Iron Man 3<\/em> started with putting Guy Pearce\u2019s Aldrich Killian as Tony\u2019s direct adversary while working with Ben Kingsley\u2019s Mandarin, who also was the leader of the Ten Rings organization. But, in a twist of events, the film revealed Ben Kingsley to just be a decoy, with Killian assuming the role of Mandarin in the climax.<br \/>\n<!-- Zone: character count repeatable. --><\/p>\n<div id=\"adsninja-ad-zone-MW-Reg-Org\" class=\"adsninja-ad-zone\">\n<div id=\"dynamically-injected-refresh-ad-zone-MW-Reg-Org\" class=\"dynamically-injected-refresh-ad-zone\">\n<div class=\"ad-current\">\n<div id=\"ad-zone-container-MW-Reg-Org\" class=\"ad-zone-container ad-zone-container-content-character-count-repeatable-1\" data-no-fill-collapsable=\"false\"><strong class=\"ad-zone-advertising-tag\">MOVIEWEB VIDEO OF THE DAY<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Fans weren\u2019t h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y with how Mandarin\u2019s storyline turned out to be within the live-action universe of Marvel characters. But, recently, with <em>Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings<\/em>, Marvel Studios corrected that mistake, retconning the Ten Rings\u2019 existence since <em>Iron Man (2008) <\/em>while also linking events from <em>All Hail The King<\/em>. Tony Leung\u2019s Wenwu\/Mandarin was introduced as the Ten Rings\u2019 leader, explaining his and his organization\u2019s history spanning a thousand years.<br \/>\n <!-- No winning ad found for zone: word count #2! --><br \/>\nAnd now that those misdirections from <em>Iron Man 3<\/em> are fixed and all loopholes filled, Guy Pearce has expressed his interest in returning to his role of Killian in the MCU. In an interview with <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/comicbook.com\/marvel\/news\/guy-pearce-iron-man-3-aldrich-killian-return-mcu-ironheart-armor-wars\/\">ComicBook.com<\/a>, Guy Pearce expressed how his character from the film may still exist in the MCU, and that Killian\u2019s unusual end may still make it conceivable for the studio to validate his return. He said:<br \/>\n<!-- Zone: character count repeatable. --><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<em>I&#8217;d be very much interested in to see him come back. And I think because of the nature of the character that he is, it&#8217;s totally conceivable that he could come back. So yes, I would love to see what he is up to, as well. Because he&#8217;s somebody \u2013 obviously as we saw in Iron Man 3 \u2013 went through a sort of rapid vast change from the beginning of the story. So who knows where he&#8217;s ended up.<\/em>\n <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- No winning ad found for zone: word count #3! --><br \/>\nAt the end of <em>Iron Man 3<\/em>, Killian was exposed to an overdose of Extremis virus, with which he had infected Pepper earlier, resulting in him being blown into the air. Hardly any major villain killed at the end of the battle against the heroes has made a comeback; besides Thanos, who used time <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a> to devastate Earth after being killed in the current timeline. However, with Marvel moving towards a multiverse with <em>Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness<\/em>, there is every possibility of Killian returning if the studio ever wishes so.<br \/>\n<!-- Zone: character count repeatable. --><br \/>\n <!-- No winning ad found for zone: word count #4! --><br \/>\nThe studio had already brought back Ben Kingsley\u2019s Trevor Slattery from <em>Iron Man 3<\/em>, dealing with his story arc after he was apprehended by Jackson Norriss. The Extremis virus already exists, which was proven in <em>Shanh-Chi<\/em>, which featured a character infected with it in Xu Xialing\u2019s fighting club. On top of it, Killian\u2019s venture Advanced Idea Mechanics, or A.I.M has great significance in the comics. The organization has also been mentioned in <em>Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D<\/em> and most recently in <em>Loki<\/em>, wherein a shovel from the third millennium developed by A.I.M shows up in the 19th century. This means that A.I.M. has a presence in alternate realities, some of which will be explored in the upcoming Doctor Strange sequel.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, with the way the storyline of MCU as a cinematic universe is shaping up, there is definitely room for Aldrich Killian to make another villainous appearance. For now, the one project that can justify this reappearance would be <em>Armor Wars<\/em> which would feature a storyline where Stark <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> falls into the wrong hands, bringing his friend and confidante, James Rhoades\/War Machine into action.<br \/>\n<!-- Zone: character count repeatable. --><br \/>\n <!-- No winning ad found for zone: word count #5! --><br \/>\nWhether the studio will pick up on Pearce\u2019s desire or not is entirely up to fate. Given the packed release schedule of the franchise in the next two years, it could be challenging to add Pearce into any story, unless the writers find a way just to fit him someplace, even if it is in a cameo.
