As you can see (above, in a screenshot from a\u00a0TLC clip posted nearly three years ago) the Silva Twins shot to fame as blond bombshells on the hit reality TV empire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Ireland Baldwin Opens Up About Decision To Get Plastic Surgery At 26!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But oh, my, how things have changed in the last two years. Fans have been dissecting the twins\u2019 surgical alterations for a while, but it really hit a crescendo on Monday, when Darcey re-shared several IG Stories posts from <strong>Dr. Kerim \u00dcnal<\/strong>, a Turkish plastic surgeon.<\/p>\n<p>In the new posts, the twins can be seen posing in skin-tight beige and white dresses after their cosmetic transformation. Hey, it\u2019s great that they are so open about their lives! No shame in the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>, or something?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Country Music Star Hank Williams Jr.\u2019s Wife Dies After Possible Surgery Complication<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>TLC<\/em> fans weren\u2019t quite as generous, though. Plenty of IG critics have been picking up on how different the twins look now following the photo shoot (like this shot <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CcfukxUObwn\/\">HERE<\/a>) compared to a few years ago.<\/p>\n<p>And the commenters are going in, too.\u00a0Here are just a few of the thousands of reactions (below) that came through on Instagram over the last few days, as the twins\u2019 surgeries and procedures became publicized:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLeatherface called he wants his mask back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIs this real real? I can\u2019t\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel sorry for both her and Stacey. They can never reverse this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ll just say it\u2026 What the f**k??\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNever will comprehend WHY Darcey think she improving her looks. She WAS a good looking woman before all this crap.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe needs actual mental help, this is a disorder. Her family needs to intervene and TLC needs to stop giving attention to her and offer to help her get treatment. It has definitely gone too far now\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe needs to stop it\u2019s making her look worse she was fine before the show started\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think ANY of her procedures made her look better.
