\n Cincinnati Reds ace Sonny Gray enters Sunday\u2019s start in Milwaukee with 36 straight starts allowing six hits or fewer, an MLB record.<\/p>\n

In 18 starts since the beginning of July 2018, Gray has a 1.77 ERA with 0.8 home runs surrendered and 11.4 strikeouts per nine innings.<\/p>\n

The Brewers\u2019 Brandon Woodruff has pitched well at home with a 3.05 ERA with 11.6 strikeouts per nine innings in 14 starts since the start of the 2019 season.<\/p>\n

The two offenses entered the weekend scuffling, with both in the bottom five of the NL in runs per game<\/a> and in the bottom four in batting average.<\/p>\n

With Ryan Braun still on the injured list and Lorenzo Cain opting out of the season for a Brewers lineup that has stuck out the second-most times in the league, and Mike Moustakas dealing with various injuries and illness the opening weeks of the season, it should lead to a low-scoring game.<\/p>\n
