When you get eBooks from other sources, a common file format is EPUB. We\u2019ll show you a few methods to get these files onto your Kindle.<\/p>\n<p>EPUB truly is a very common format for eBooks, but it\u2019s unfortunately not compatible with Kindle eReaders. The good <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> is it\u2019s pretty easy to convert EPUB to MOBI, which is the file format that Kindles can use. There are a couple of ways to do this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED:<\/strong> <strong><em>What Is a MOBI File (and How Do I Open One)?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Option_1_Convert_and_Transfer_with_Calibre\"><\/span>Option 1: Convert and Transfer with Calibre<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>First, you can use a free open-source tool called <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/calibre-ebook.com\/\">Calibre<\/a>. It\u2019s available on Windows, Mac, and Linux and it packs a lot of features for eBooks. One of those features is the ability to convert EPUB to MOBI. It can also be used to transfer the eBook to your Kindle at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>First,\u00a0follow our guide to set up Calibre and then connect your Kindle to your computer using its included USB cable\u2014the same one you use to charge\u2014or a similar one. Calibre will take care of it during the transfer. There are plenty of online web converters for eBooks.
