Discovery family.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of that period, departing CNN+\u00a0employees will receive a minimum\u00a0of six-months severance, depending on length of service at CNN.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The few who had subscribed to CNN+ will receive prorated refunds of the $5.99 a month sub<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>ion fee, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Thursday\u2019s decision, the future of CNN+ was in doubt as new corporate parent Warner Bros. Discovery was looking to cut costs and reorganize the company.<\/p>\n<p>Warner Bros. Andrew Cuomo, how to dodge his own sexual harassment accusations. Discovery, had reportedly been looking to cut costs.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cuomo also claimed that CNN\u2019s habit of making \u201cexceptions\u201d to its rules \u201cbegan at the top\u201d with former CNN president Jeff Zucker and\u00a0former chief marketing officer Allison Gollust, who both resigned under pressure last month\u00a0for\u00a0failing to disclose their affair.<\/p>\n<p>Zucker was\u00a0replaced with Licht, an\u00a0executive producer with stints at CBS\u2019s \u201cThe Late Show with Stephen Colbert, \u201cCBS This Morning\u201d and MSNBC\u2019s\u00a0\u201cMorning Joe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aside from <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a> cost-cutting, WBD CEO David Zaslav has been vocal about\u00a0combining its various streaming services\u00a0in one place and building it around HBO Max, source told The Post.<\/p>\n<p>Under previous ownership, CNN+ execs were hoping to attract 2 million subscribers in the first year and 15 million to 18 million over four years,<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/cnn-plus-cuts-warner-brothers-discovery-1be0ac3a-6952-4af0-b8e2-03dd6ae0839c.html\">\u00a0Axios said<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Roughly $300 million has been spent and hundreds of jobs have been created to support the streaming service to date.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
