They were trying to slow shit. I feel like the whole \u2018Chariot\u2019 situation, the video situation, all like, \u2018We do this, we do that.\u2019 Mind you, \u2018Chariot\u2019 is almost the second biggest record after \u2018Envy Me,\u2019 debateable. But that\u2019s one of them joints. At that time, that was my momentum, that was my follow-up. And I appreciated Meek for that, I appreciated [Young] Thug. I just texted Thug like three days ago, I just chopped it up with Thug, and I just chopped it up with [Lil] Durk. I appreciated all that, you know what I\u2019m saying?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He continued, \u201cBut when it came to actually finishing the rollout, I was never able to fulfill the rollout on \u2018Chariot.\u2019 When it came to like the visual and the marketing and all of that, I was never able to do that because we went into some pots and we spent some budgets. I feel like my manager made the deal sour. [\u2018Rumors\u2019] is about Meek. Basically, he said he didn\u2019t like how the video was cut, he didn\u2019t like how he was viewed in the video.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Meek Mill] said, \u2018It would tarnish my brand if I put this out.\u2019 That\u2019s how bad he made it seem. I ain\u2019t understand that at the time, you feel me? It ain\u2019t like you gave me anything, like we went into the studio together, did that together. These guys agreed to work with me, so you didn\u2019t give me anything. I had to real life put these pieces together. You assisted me on that, I appreciate you.\u2019 But it was the way he presented it like, \u2018Man, I did this for you but I don\u2019t care how the video looks so we not gonna put it out.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo in the label\u2019s view, it\u2019s like, \u2018Yo, your manager\u2019s not gonna play? They slowing your momentum down?\u2019 And they really stood on that, and I blamed him for that. So I fired them. I was like, \u2018Let\u2019s reshoot it, let\u2019s do this, let\u2019s do that.\u2019 But it was always, \u2018I\u2019m busy, I\u2019ma get up with it, I\u2019ma figure it out.\u2019 By that time, the momentum of that song was down, like it ain\u2019t even gonna hit them with the <em>bang<\/em> no more.
