Depp\u2019s $50 million defamation lawsuit against the actress \u2013 seemingly prompting the \u201cPirates of the Caribbean\u201d star to chuckle in court.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney Ben Rottenborn goofed Monday after Depp wr<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed up four days on the witness stand in Fairfax, Virginia, where jurors earlier heard the actor calling Heard a \u201cc\u2013t\u201d in a recording played in court.<\/p>\n<p>At one point during testimony Monday, Rottenborn was questioning Ben King, Depp\u2019s house manager, regarding the 2015 fight between Heard and the actor in Australia that left him with a severed finger.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou didn\u2019t know what could cause damage to Mr. Depp\u2019s hand while you were there on March 8, correct?\u201d Rottenborn asked King.<\/p>\n<p>King testified a doctor told him that Depp sustained an injury to one of his fingers, prompting Rottenborn to quickly cut him off, video shows.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUh, objection, hearsay,\u201d Rottenborn interjected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWait \u2013 you asked the question,\u201d Judge Penney Azcarate responded. \u201cNext question.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large replied.<\/p>\n<p>Depp and his attorney appeared to be amused by the in-court gaffe, seemingly giggling after Rottenborn\u2019s moment of confusion as the actor put a hand to his mouth.<\/p>\n<p>Rottenborn proceeded to question King, who told jurors about finding part of Depp\u2019s severed finger \u201cdirectly below the bar\u201d and that the couple caused at least $50,000 husband cut himself during a three-day, drug-fueled bender.<\/p>\n<p>Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 36, over a 2018 op-ed she wrote in the Washington Post on domestic abuse. The \u201cEdward Scissorhands\u201d star wasn\u2019t named in the piece, but he claims it clearly referenced him and ruined his career, costing him tens of millions of dollars.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>Attorneys for Heard, meanwhile, claim Depp physically and sexually abused her while insisting Depp\u2019s denials were not credible since he was often drunk or high.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the day, Rottenborn played a recording of Depp telling Heard that he would never get stop drinking or using drugs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want you to be clean and sober so we can fix all of our problems,\u201d Heard said on the clip.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m never getting clean,\u201d Depp replied.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys for Depp, meanwhile, are expected to continue calling witnesses as the trial continues this week.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
