I would no longer go to dinner,\u201d Basinger said.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/diseases\/15769-agoraphobia\">Agoraphobia<\/a>\u00a0is classified as a type of anxiety disorder that causes an extreme amount of fear of certain situations, with many people even resisting leaving home.<\/p>\n<p>Basinger added that her agoraphobia felt \u201clike something just completely shuts down within you and you have to relearn everything.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had to relearn to drive, and for many years I would not go through the tunnels at Malibu,\u201d the \u201cL.A Confidential\u201d actress explained. \u201cEverything used to make me nervous, like the glass [sliding] to open the door, or, \u2018Where do I step to open the door?\u2019 Everything became a big job to figure out how to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou live with a dry mouth all the time, you\u2019re very shaky, you\u2019re just so exhausted all the time,\u201d she went on.<\/p>\n<p>As for Baldwin, 26, she <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/04\/26\/ireland-baldwin-didnt-talk-to-parents-amid-substance-abuse\/\">got candid about her own health issues<\/a>, revealing that she previously would \u201cself-medicate with Xanax\u201d and \u201cdrank excessively.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The model also admitted she \u201cdidn\u2019t talk to\u201d her mom or dad\u00a0Alec Baldwin\u00a0\u201cfor, like, a year\u201d because of her problems. \u201cI saw them here and there but I was so ashamed of what I had become and how I was living,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just became this different person,\u201d she said. \u201cI was emaciated in every way; I was lifeless.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Basinger and Baldwin\u2019s \u201cRed Table Talk\u201d episode drops Wednesday at 12 p.m. on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a> Watch.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
