Some employees described feeling stressed about the effort.<\/p>\n<p>One JPMorgan employee wrote on the corporate message board Blind that it \u201cfeels like every movement is tracked,\u201d according to Insider. \u201cWe are treated like children who don\u2019t want to do their homework and need constant monitoring.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>JP Morgan Chase did not im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely return a request for comment on the memo.<\/p>\n<p>JPMorgan Chase chief Jamie Dimon is among those pushing workers to get back to the office \u2013 though he acknowledged in his annual shareholder letter last month that \u201cworking from home will become more permanent in American business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the letter, Dimon predicted that some 50% of the bank\u2019s overall workforce would likely need to work on site full-time in the future, while 40% would adopt a hybrid model and about 10% would be allowed work remotely full time.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/JPMorgan_21.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"JPMorgan Chase logo\" class=\"wp-image-21769831\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/JPMorgan_21.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/JPMorgan_21.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/JPMorgan_21.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>JPMorgan Chase is said to be closely tracking employee attendance on on-site work days.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">POOL\/AFP via Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>During a Wall Street Journal event the previous summer, Dimon said the bank was \u201cgetting blowback about coming back internally, but that\u2019s life.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Business Insider reported last week that JPMorgan has a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a> expectation\u201d that hybrid workers across the bank will work at least three days per week in the office, according to leaked internal documents.<\/p>\n<p>Demanding return-to-office plans are a source of friction on Wall Street \u2013 especially among junior employees.<\/p>\n<p>As The Post reported earlier last month, some junior staffers at Goldman Sachs have grumbled that they are being \u201cbullied\u201d into working on site five days a week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn GS, the top management says it\u2019s employees\u2019 choice but internally they track which team has most in office attendance,\u201d one Goldman employee wrote on the corporate message board Blind.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
