Because she, growing up, had seen her friends die \u2026 she had been through so much stuff that my issues, to her, kind of felt like \u2026 [smaller].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Smith said her anxiety would have her screaming, crying and shaking on the floor, which would \u201ctrigger\u201d her mother. <\/p>\n<p>Pinkett Smith said that she eventually came to evaluate her family and their behaviors and recognize a \u201ccycle of generational anxiety.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The family discussion regarding recent revelations of inspecting and understanding their emotions aired after dad <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/04\/23\/will-smith-travels-to-india-following-oscars-slap-controversy\/?_ga=2.166753210.587009143.1650899530-844163966.1646234986\">Will Smith, 53, was spotted in India<\/a> after his <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/04\/25\/will-smith-still-hasnt-apologized-to-chris-rock-for-oscars-slap\/?_ga=2.200701738.587009143.1650899530-844163966.1646234986\">wildly controversial Oscars slap<\/a>.
