The new video really captures Pusha\u2019s latest ethos of being a supervillain, as he at one point enjoys a classy meal in a plastic-covered room while his goonies decapitate a hostage next door. Pharrell spoke to\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.complex.com\/music\/pharrell-interview-something-in-the-water-2022-interview\"><em>Complex<\/em> <\/a>recently and said that in order to help Push tap into this nefarious energy, he played\u00a0<em>Joker<\/em> on mute in the background during their studio sessions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor me, I\u2019ve known who Arthur Fleck was all my life,\u201d Pharrell says, describing how Push embodies Joaquin Pheonix\u2019s character. \u201cIt\u2019s\u00a0<em>him<\/em>. That\u2019s who the fuck he is. He\u2019s really that. And he hadn\u2019t seen\u00a0<em>Joker<\/em>. That\u2019s the funny thing. I had to get him to watch it. He hadn\u2019t even seen [the movie], and when I got him to watch it I was like, \u2018Bro, you know this is you, right?\u2019\u00a0And at first, he thought I was kidding. I had to tell him I wasn\u2019t kidding.
