West makes his first official appearance in Season 1 Episode 3, \u201cLive From New York,\u201d which also brings the three-episode long <em>Saturday Night Live<\/em> arc to a close (finally). Another thing coming to an end: Kim Kardashian\u2018s sex tape saga.<\/p>\n<p>Here, we break down the biggest moments from <em>The Kardashians<\/em> Season 1 Episode 3, which premiered April 28 on Hulu.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kim_Kardashian\"><\/span>Kim Kardashian<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The episode is largely set in NYC and focused on Kim hosting <em>SNL<\/em>. Viewers see more behind-the-scenes moments prepping for the episode, from last-minute joke changes to prep for Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian and Kris Jenner\u2018s cameos.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest moment of the episode doesn\u2019t come with Kim\u2019s opening monologue, however. It\u2019s when West makes his first on-camera appearance. Kim calls Kris and Khlo\u00e9 to her hotel room, telling them to bring the cameras. When they arrive, Kim reveals Kanye <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a>ed <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from NY to Los Angeles and back to NY to retrieve a laptop and hard drive containing all of the \u201cnew\u201d sex tape footage mentioned in Episodes 1 and 2, making Kim the sole owner of it all and putting an end to this saga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kim watched all of the footage, and it confirms her suspicions that there was no actual unseen footage of her having sex. It\u2019s clips from the night the tape was made, showing her and Ray J at dinner and leaving a club. Kris assumes Kanye spent a lot of money to buy the footage off of whoever had it, but the rapper claims he didn\u2019t. Some kind of agreement was made without payment, but it\u2019s not clear what.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">oh, s***. this week\u2019s episode is going to be good. <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/TheKardashians?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#TheKardashians<\/a> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/a1thOsi6WE\">pic.twitter.com\/a1thOsi6WE<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The Kardashians (@kardashianshulu) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/kardashianshulu\/status\/1518635962410037248?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 25, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Kim goes on to host <em>SNL<\/em> without a hitch and surprises herself with how much fun she had. The after party guest list featured <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chris Rock, Blake Griffin, Gayle King, Tyler Cameron, Amy Schumer, Khlo\u00e9, Kris, Scott Disick, and more, plus cast members Aidy Bryant, Colin Jost, Heidi Gardner, Michael Che, and more. Pete Davidson has yet to make an appearance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s a moment backstage where Kim asks Bowen Yang for a selfie, and Yang\u2019s reaction gave me the first laugh I\u2019ve ever experienced while watching the <em>Kardashians<\/em> shows. Sad, but true!<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kris_Jenner\"><\/span>Kris Jenner<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kris is adamant on taking Khlo\u00e9 on a tour of her old NYC stomping grounds, which Khlo\u00e9 is unexplainably annoyed by. Kris later shares a story about when she was living in NYC training to be a flight attendant while married to Robert Kardashian, Sr.<\/p>\n<p>Robert and O.J. Simpson, she shares, came to visit her in NYC right after Simpson finished work on the Olympics.
