Source: Twitter<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This projection assumes that the peak BTC price of $68,789 back on November 10, 2021 marked the high of the last cycle and that the market is currently in the corrective phase typically seen after a cycle top. <\/p>\n<p>The analyst said, <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe 200\u2013week SMA has been the long-tested bear market bottom indicator for Bitcoin, and hence, the bottom will likely be placed at ~$24,000.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Should this model play out, the price of BTC will breakout above its previous all-time high sometime around August or September of 2023. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bitcoin_%E2%80%9Cseems_a_bit_undervalued_here%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>Bitcoin \u201cseems a bit undervalued here\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The possibility that the bottom in BTC could come before the end of 2022 was hinted at by Willy Woo, an independent market analyst who <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/woonomic\/status\/1516766970250940418\">posted<\/a> the following chart suggesting that the \u201cOrange coin seems a bit undervalued here.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2022-04\/505dde0e-9065-4c05-a640-eff31faf4f1e.jpg\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Highly liquid supply shock oscillator. Source: Twitter<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The \u201cHighly Liquid Supply Shock\u201d metric quantifies on-chain demand and supply, and shows its relative movement in standard deviations from the long-term average. <\/p>\n<p>As shown on the chart above, each time the oscillator dipped as low as the current reading, the price of BTC entered a sharp rally shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>Woo said, <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNot a bad time for investors to wait for the law of mean reversion to play out.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>Related: <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Bitcoin is 40%+ down from its ATH, but on-chain analysts say it&#8217;s \u2018starting to bottom out\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bitcoin_price_is_at_a_mid-term_low\"><\/span>Bitcoin price is at a mid-term low <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Many analysts believe that BTC could be in an optimal accumulation range, a point touched on by crypto market analyst Philip Swift. According to Swift, the active address sentiment indicator (AASI) suggests that BTC is in a buy zone. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2022-04\/7d2f24f4-3483-4d5d-a837-4eb3e97abe5d.jpg\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Active address sentiment indicator.
