That\u2019s why you\u2019re not healing. But she alleges the doctor treated her poorly when she came back, and she quit on March 21, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI returned back to work and I felt like was a target for him,\u201d Flores said. \u201cHe treated me so poorly. He always talked down to me. It was never good enough.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI felt like it was retaliation because I had time off,\u201d Flores added. \u201cBut I was working from home. I never took the time off.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p>Flores noted that she had initially passed on a job offer at Neinstein\u2019s practice, after he allegedly interviewed her in the operating room while conducting liposuction on an unconscious patient.<\/p>\n<p>The office manager, who now works at a different practice, said she doesn\u2019t want anyone else to go through what she did with the doctor and \u201chow unethical he is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow he interviewed me while a poor patient was on the table not aware,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd how he treated me when I had COVID.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Neinstein Plastic Surgery filed its own lawsuit against Flores in March 2022, alleging that she poached employees and clients from the practice.<\/p>\n<p>Her lawyer Matthew Blit claims the suit is frivolous and says he\u2019s filed a motion to toss the case.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>\u201cThis profit-hungry doctor risked the lives of every employee and patient while unlawfully discriminating against Ms. Flores,\u201d Blit told The Post. \u201cBecause Ms. Flores bravely refused to fake a covid test she was retaliated against in a clearly frivolous lawsuit for millions of dollars that will be immediately tossed by the court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMs. Flores\u2019 ultimate victory will serve as a deterrent to other scoundrels out there that want to illegally jeopardize the health and safety of their clients and employees,\u201d Blit said.<\/p>\n<p>Lawyer Steve Polyakov denied Flores\u2019 allegations and said his clients \u2013 the practice and Neinstein \u00a0\u2013 \u201care dedicated to the overall health and well-being of their employees and patients.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNeinstein Plastic Surgery, PLLC is an equal opportunity employer.
