\n Kanye West, the billionaire rapp<\/a>er and long-shot White House hopeful, announced his 10-point presidential platform that includes restoring prayer in classrooms, reforming the police, seeking racial justice in the courts and promoting \u201cCreativity and the Arts.\u201d<\/p>\n

West, who launched his presidential bid on July 4 under the \u201cBirthday Party,\u201d punctuated each of his 2020 presidential plans with his interpretation of biblical phrases on his campaign website.<\/p>\n

The list begins with \u201cCreating a Culture of Life\u201d and calls for restoring faith and reviving the \u201cConstitutional commitment to freedom of religion and the free exercise of one\u2019s faith.\u201d<\/p>\n

West, 43, said that would be \u201cdemonstrated by restoring prayer in the classroom including spiritual foundations.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cJesus Walks\u201d singer included a biblical phrase from Psalm 78:4 \u2013 \u201cWe will not hide the truth from our children, but will declare to the next generation His praises and wonder.\u201d<\/p>\n

West, who is married to reality-show star Kim Kardashian, said he would provide leadership to \u201crestructure our country\u2019s education system to serve the most at-risk and vulnerable populations\u201d and called for the \u201cwidest possible range of educational and vocational paths to job opportunities and career success.\u201d<\/p>\n

The rapper, who met with President Trump in the Oval Office to discuss criminal justice reform, said he would reform the legal system to \u201cprove true justice, equitable for all citizens, regardless of race or ability to defend oneself in court.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere will not be differing weights and differing measures,\u201d he wrote, citing Proverbs 20:10.<\/p>\n

On police reform, West called for policing that \u201ctreats all Americans the same, regardless of race, color or ethnicity,\u201d while urging police to focus resources on \u201creal crime.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEliminate federal sentencing guidelines that tie the hands of judges, resulting in ridiculous sentences for the most minor offenses,\u201d part of the platform said.<\/p>\n

On foreign affairs and national defense, West said he backs putting Americans\u2019 \u201cbest interest first\u201d and \u201cproject strength, not aggression.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said he opposed sending the country\u2019s young men and women to \u201cforeign quagmires that do not advance our national interest, and which last for decades.\u201d Adding, \u201cThrough God we shall do valiantly. Psalm 60:12\u201d<\/p>\n

He supports using faith-based groups to provide \u201clocal services\u201d and suggested, \u201cCreativity and the Arts can be an important source of innovation and development of other national strengths and resources.\u201d<\/p>\n

West faces a difficult road ahead in his presidential bid because his campaign has already missed deadlines in a number of states to appear on the ballot \u2013 making it unlikely that he would be able to amass the delegates to win the race.<\/p>\n

In an interview last month in Forbes, West said he was no longer a supporter of President Trump, saying he\u2019s \u201ctaking the red hat off.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also said he wasn\u2019t bothered by the notion that his campaign would pull black votes from former Vice President Joe Biden and ultimately help Trump.<\/p>\n
