Wade.<\/p>\n<p>An internal memo details an updated safety plan that includes a notice that staffers should be aware of outside individuals loitering near its headquarters in northern Virginia or attempting to follow them inside.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBe aware of anyone accessing our elevators with you and the possibility of \u2018tailgating\u2019 to your floor,\u201d the memo notes, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thedailybeast.com\/politico-on-heightened-alert-after-publishing-leaked-scotus-draft?ref=home\">according to the Daily Beast<\/a>, which obtained the security memo and cited discussions with a source familiar with the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The security memo also noted that the company would be limiting access to its offices for the time being.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGiven the heightened visibility to Politico following our reporting on the Supreme Court last night, we would like to ensure that you are aware of several additional safety measures that we are proactively putting in place,\u201d Politico chief talent officer Traci Schweikert said in the memo to employees.<\/p>\n<p>Politico employees were also urged to take action aimed at protecting themselves online, such as deleting their employment information from their social media accounts.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/supreme-court-abortion-overturn-justices.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"Roe v. Wade.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hold that\u00a0Roe\u00a0and\u00a0Casey\u00a0must be overruled,\u201d Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the draft in a section titled the \u201cOpinion of the Court.\u201d \u201cCasey\u201d refers to Planned Parenthood v.
