She is funny and quick-witted. She\u2019s a little bit rambunctious. She treats everyone around her as family. They are pictured in \u201cJoyful Noise.\u201d<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Warner Bros<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Besides Parton, the \u201cLiving Single\u201d star said her grandmother is the show\u2019s biggest fan. \u201cI\u2019m still at work making sure she will be right in front of that television watching every Sunday,\u201d she gushed.<\/p>\n<p>In it, Latifah plays single mom and ex-CIA operative Robyn McCall, who uses her skills to help those \u201cwith nowhere else to turn,\u201d as the tagline goes.<\/p>\n<p>The series \u2014 which has received mixed reviews \u2014 also starred Chris Noth, until he was axed late last year following <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/12\/16\/satc-star-chris-noth-accused-of-sexual-assault-by-two-women\/?_ga=2.205373776.1500232660.1651694823-526009595.1645742242\">sexual assault allegations<\/a>.
