\n Pro-cop demonstrators praised Adolf Hitler as a \u201cgreat Christian man\u201d as they clashed with Black Lives Matter protesters in Nevada, video shows.<\/p>\n

The pro-cop demonstration was held outside the Douglas County Sheriff\u2019s Office in Minden, where a group of counter-protesters also assembled Saturday and chanted \u201cBlack lives matter,\u201d the Reno Gazette-Journal reported.<\/p>\n

\u201cHitler was a great Christian man,\u201d one of the pro-cop protesters, who is white, could be heard saying in one clip.<\/p>\n

\u201cI agree with you on this one. I lived in Germany. I know exactly what went on,\u201d another police-boosting protester responded, prompting someone off camera to exclaim, \u201cOh my God.\u201d<\/p>\n

In another video, a pro-cop Blue Lives Matter demonstrator was held back by other protesters as he shouted, \u201cWe live by the Constitution and you\u2019re telling us to listen to these motherf\u2014ers?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey need to listen us. Why don\u2019t they listen to us?\u201d the man, who is also white, continued.<\/p>\n

App<\/a>earing to take aim at the presence of the Black Lives Matter protesters, he continued, \u201cWe heard what they\u2019ve got to say throughout the f\u2014ing world.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNow it\u2019s our f\u2014ing turn to say get the f\u2014 out of here,\u201d the man said.<\/p>\n

The event was held after Douglas County Sheriff Dan Coverley suggested that the office wouldn\u2019t respond to 911 calls at the local library after it indicated that it supported the Black Lives Matter movement, the news<\/a>paper reported.<\/p>\n

Coverley backtracked on the threat when he addressed around 400 pro-cop demonstrators at the rally Saturday, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the record, we support the library and we will continue to protect and serve them, and all citizens and visitors to Douglas County,\u201d Coverly said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI simply meant that if you don\u2019t trust law enforcement or the sheriff\u2019s office specifically, don\u2019t feel the need to ask for help.\u201d\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
