The Justice Department will be relentless in our efforts to hold accountable those who facilitate the death and destruction we are witnessing in Ukraine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The wealthy Russian benefited from the regime of Russian President Vladimir Putin and played a \u201ckey role in advancing Russia\u2019s malign activities,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/press-release\/file\/1498641\/download\">an affidavit submitted<\/a> as part of the seizure warrant said.
