As of Friday, Thomas had not been booked into jail.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.statesman.com\/story\/news\/2022\/05\/06\/arrest-warrant-issued-texas-longhorns-nfl-football-star-earl-thomas\/9678977002\/\">According to the Austin American-Statesman<\/a>, the arrest affidavit stated Thomas only could communicate with the woman through a co-parenting phone application. The woman has told police that he will not <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">download<\/a> the app, reaches out to her by phone and shows up places she frequents.<\/p>\n<p>According to the paper, the woman recently alleged Thomas began texting her threats. On April 18, police said Thomas told her he obtained two handguns. According to the report, he later texted: \u201cWaiting on hand in foot is why I\u2019ll kick ur ass.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/Cowboys_Seahawks_Football.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"NFL\" class=\"wp-image-22179882\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/Cowboys_Seahawks_Football.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/Cowboys_Seahawks_Football.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/Cowboys_Seahawks_Football.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>Earl Thomas<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">AP<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>According to the report, police said Thomas texted the next day: \u201cI hope u in the car with him and the kids and yall drive off the road.\u201d Also on April 19, police say he texted the woman: \u201cIma let my momma and my cousins poison they [their children] ass.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trey Dolezal, a lawyer and sports agent who reportedly is representing Thomas in his divorce, told the paper that the warrant concerns Thomas wanting to see his children. His wife, Nina, filed for divorce in November 2020, seven months after she allegedly pointed a gun at his head over his alleged adultery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey were consciously and collectively working together to see his kids,\u201d Dolezal told the outlet about Thomas\u2019 reaching out. \u201cI don\u2019t really understand how he could be in violation by working together to visit with his children.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thomas, who turned 33 on Saturday, told ESPN two weeks ago he plans to return to the NFL. The seven-time Pro Bowl safety, mostly with the Seahawks, last played a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> in 2019.
