Upon investigating, cops quickly determined that the poor young man had been shot, stabbed, and burned prior to being dumped in the area. Im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely, police opened a homicide investigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Husband Who Murdered Pregnant Wife &amp; Daughters Tried To Blame His Mistress!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Officials believe he may have been tortured prior to his death, considering the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>arent injuries to his body at the time of his discovery.\u00a0The grisly end comes about a week after DeCero had been first reported missing by loved ones back on April 26.<\/p>\n<p>Now, police are wondering whether the man could have possibly been the winner of a recent $1 million lottery prize \u2014 and whether that could have led directly to his awful end. Apparently, someone named \u201cFrancis D\u201d won $1 million on an\u00a0<strong>Extreme Green<\/strong><strong> Scratch-Off Ticket<\/strong> last month.\u00a0The Philadelphia PD has been working to \u201ccoordinate with lottery officials\u201d on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0<em>Fox 29 Philadelphia<\/em>, Philly PD Captain\u00a0<strong>Jason Smith<\/strong> told local media that the department has yet to find evidence that DeCero was the same \u201cFrancis D\u201d who won the prize. Still, cops are flummoxed over the case, as there have been no leads as to who could have killed the popular young man. Perhaps the best info, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> outlet, is surveillance video of a Philly street last month. In the clip, DeCero is seen parking his <strong>Jeep<\/strong>\u00a0and getting into another car, which then drives off.<\/p>\n<p>DeCero\u2019s family is hoping for justice. The slain man\u2019s father,\u00a0<strong>Lou Decero<\/strong>, spoke to\u00a0<em>CBS News Philadelphia<\/em> about the case:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI just hope they find who did this, this is what I want to know. Everybody loved that kid.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The grieving father added:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI have to know who did this, there was no reason. I don\u2019t know who would [have] done this, I hope they find him.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"highlight\">So sad.<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been announced yet.
