We have tried everything, but my body simply isn\u2019t playing ball,\u201d the 40-year-old Londoner <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bowelbabe\/\">announced to her more than 479,000 Instagram<\/a> followers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy active care has stopped and I am now moved to hospice at home care, with my incredible family all around me and the focus is on making sure I\u2019m not in pain and spending time with them,\u201d added the mother of two.<\/p>\n<p>James was diagnosed with her rare form of cancer, B-RAF mutation, just days before Christmas 2016 \u2014 at age 34. She has gone \u201cinto mental overdrive\u201d preparing for her children\u2019s future without her.
