Hey, at least we can definitively say that Apple beat the Zune!<\/p>\n<p>The iPod has a long history, and you\u2019ve spent the last 20 years hearing that history. So, I\u2019m not going to give the device a eulogy. But I will tell you why I\u2019m a bit disappointed by today\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>; the iPod is still useful, at least to some people.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cToday, the spirit of iPod lives on. We\u2019ve integrated an incredible music experience across all of our products, from the iPhone to the Apple Watch to HomePod mini, and across Mac, iPad, and Apple TV. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Greg Joswiak, Apple VP Worldwide Marketing<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There\u2019s still a lot of value in using a dedicated music player or video player. Internet connections aren\u2019t always a guarantee, mobile data comes at a premium, and unfortunately, Apple loves to overcharge for iPhone storage. I\u2019ve found that an old iPod is perfect for listening to local music or audiobook files, especially when <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a>ing.<\/p>\n<p>Not to mention, the iPod Touch that <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/ipod-touch\/\">Apple currently sells<\/a> (a 7th gen 2019 model) is basically an iPhone 7 without any cellular features. It\u2019s a decent \u201cstarter phone\u201d for young children, and at just $200, it\u2019s also an affordable platform for programmers to test iOS apps.<\/p>\n<p>But there\u2019s no use crying over spilled milk. The iPod is basically obsolete, and it\u2019s been that way for nearly a decade. I\u2019d love for Apple to turn around and say, \u201cwe\u2019re bringing back the iPod Nano,\u201d but that\u2019ll never happen.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, Apple\u2019s about to sell its very last iPod.
