According to <em>Deadline<\/em>, accusations against the actor-turned-director \u2014 who as a child star led the original show \u2014 included both \u201cverbal outbursts and in<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ropriate behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Now, an insider is spilling the tea on just how inappropriate Fred was. While Savage isn\u2019t the only director guilty of this *cough*Fincher*cough*, the source stressed that overshooting only makes things harder on the crew, explaining:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe works his crews pretty hard by always doing more takes than necessary. Some directors just overshoot. Sometimes they feel like they didn\u2019t get the performance or want to try another angle or things like that. He overshoots and the days are longer, therefore giving more opportunities to snap at people.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Yeah, that sounds like the very definition of a toxic workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Echoing the deets from the initial report, the second confidant shared that Savage \u201ccan have a temper and occasional outbursts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While this might seem like bad <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> for Savage\u2019s career, a third source told the outlet that the\u00a0<em>Princess Bride<\/em> alum \u201chasn\u2019t seemed stressed,\u201d noting that the star spent the weekend with his wife <strong>Jennifer Lynn<\/strong> at their West El Lay home. The source added:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe seems pretty relaxed and enjoying some time off.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>After the news of Savage\u2019s firing broke, a <strong>20th Television<\/strong> spokesperson confirmed the network\u2019s decision, sharing in a statement:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cRecently, we were made aware of allegations of inappropriate conduct by Fred Savage, and as is policy, an investigation was launched. Upon its completion, the decision was made to terminate his employment as an executive producer and director of <i>The Wonder Years<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Savage graduated from being a child actor to a successful and varied career in TV directing, tackling multiple episodes of <em>Hannah Montana<\/em>,\u00a0<em>It\u2019s Always Sunny In Philadelphia<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Party Down<\/em>,\u00a0<em>2 Broke Girls<\/em>, <em>Modern Family<\/em>, and many others.<\/p>\n<p>Upsettingly, this isn\u2019t the first workplace controversy the industry vet has dealt with. In 2018, his former onscreen mom <strong>Alley Mills<\/strong> claimed that a sexual harassment lawsuit against Savage and co-star <strong>Jason Hervey<\/strong> ended <em>The Wonder Years<\/em> in 1993.
