Action Bronson also says he auditioned for <em>Uncut Gems,<\/em> but things didn\u2019t go to plan: \u201cThey wanted me to be the guy next to the main goon, the Russian. But I bombed at the audition, bro.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, he talked about his experience acting in Martin Scorsese\u2019s 2019 movie <em>The Irishman<\/em> compared to 2020\u2019s <em>The King of Staten Island.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt wasn\u2019t like the Pete Davidson movie, where I was waiting for hours,\u201d he explained. \u201cThey had me in and out of there. And [Robert] De Niro was like, \u2018Kid, you\u2019re fucking up the lines out there.\u2019 I was nervous, and then he goes, \u2018Nah, I\u2019m joking, you\u2019re doing good.\u2019 Marty, at one point, before the scene, said, \u2018Action, Action!\u2019 And then laughed.
