But now, 78% of companies expect to permanently offer a hybrid model as a way to keep top talent, based on data from the survey \u2014 which interviewed 160 major companies between April 21 and May 4.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/work-02-1.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"remote work\" class=\"wp-image-22222834\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/work-02-1.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/work-02-1.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/work-02-1.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>Companies expect more employees to return to the office part-time.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Of the 91% of employers encouraging a return to office, 64% of them are providing an incentive to bring people back, with 50% offering <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a> activities, 43% offering free or subsidized meals, and 13% offering transportation subsidies.<\/p>\n<p>As summer looms, 30% of companies are making additional concessions for workers looking for added flexibility during the warmer months. Six months ago, 54% of Manhattan employees were fully remote. As of April, only 28% were fully remote. <\/p>\n<p>The real estate industry has been driving the return to office \u2014 82% of real estate employees are back at work. In the legal industry, 46% are back; in tech, 44% are back; in consulting, 41% are back; and in financial services, 40% are back.<\/p>\n<p>Wylde concedes that for now, employees <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear to be driving the bus \u2014 but suggests if the economy tightens, that could change. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe question is when will employees feel the need to back five days a week \u2014 it\u2019ll have to be the workers who make that decision,\u201d Wylde adds.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
