They are outlined in the company\u2019s 41-page\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coca-colacompany.com\/content\/dam\/journey\/us\/en\/policies\/pdf\/corporate-governance\/code-of-business-conduct\/coca-cola-coc-external.pdf\">Code of Conduct<\/a>, which the site shared.<\/p>\n<p>The Code includes justification for how it says it \u201ccan benefit employees\u201d noting it enables workers to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct yourself honestly and ethically<\/li>\n<li>Uphold our values and protect our reputation<\/li>\n<li>Understand what Coca-Cola expects from you<\/li>\n<li>Make good decisions every day<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the laws, regulations and standards that <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ly to our Company<\/li>\n<li>Understand where to go for assistance or guidance if you have questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While a Code of Conduct is not uncommon business practice, some of the policies that the company has reportedly implemented, could be construed as not the norm. NO sick days without penalty if you don\u2019t give them a 48-hr notice. Who knows 48 [hours] in advance if you are going to have the flu?\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Employees_cannot_talk_to_the_media\"><\/span>Employees cannot talk to the media<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A former\u00a0Coca-Cola\u00a0employee, Wallace B.
