In February, it was revealed that Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor and advisor to President Donald Trump, was one of the early unmaskings, while that moment didn\u2019t air until near the end of April.<\/p>\n<p>When asked if there are any regrets about that casting, \u201cabsolutely no regrets,\u201d Rob Wade, President, Alternative Entertainment and Specials, FOX Entertainment, said to the press in a call ahead of the network\u2019s Upfronts Presentation. The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> \u201cis all about delivering jaw-dropping moments, which is exactly what the casting accomplished, whether it was on set or with the viewers at home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That \u201cno regrets\u201d has to do with the casting. Wade did, however, go on to admit, \u201cI suppose my only regret or surprise was obviously the reveal was spoiled,\u201d before asking, \u201cPlease don\u2019t do it again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With <em>The Masked Singer<\/em> returning for its eighth season \u2014 the Season 7 finale airs on Wednesday, May 18 \u2014 we\u2019ll have to wait to see if there are any more unmaskings to come that will lead to a similar reaction.<\/p>\n<p>Giuliani\u2019s episode \u2014 he was the first one eliminated in his group \u2014 aired on April 20. After a performance of \u201cBad to the Bone,\u201d it was revealed he was in the Jack in the Box costume.
