alignleft\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>FAIRFAX, Va. \u2014 Amber Heard denied defecating in the marital bed she shared with ex-husband Johnny Depp,\u00a0saying in court Monday\u00a0that the couple\u2019s\u00a0Yorkshire terrier\u00a0was the real culprit.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cAquaman\u201d actress, 36, testified\u00a0that Depp, 58, accused her friend of leaving human excrement on his side of the bed at their apartment in Los Angeles after a fight on the night of her 30th birthday in April 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst of all, I don\u2019t think that\u2019s funny,\u201d Heard said as the former couple\u2019s\u00a0sensational defamation trial\u00a0resumed in Virginia after a weeklong hiatus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cI was not, also, in a pranking mood,\u201d she told\u00a0the jury. \u201cMy life was falling apart.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Heard claimed their dog Boo had lifelong \u201cbowel control issues\u201d because she had eaten a bag of Depp\u2019s weed\u00a0as a puppy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had just been attacked on my 30th birthday by my violent husband, with whom I was desperately in love and knew I needed to leave,\u201d Heard said of the circumstances surrounding the alleged \u201cfeces prank.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was not really a jovial time, and I don\u2019t think that\u2019s funny, period,\u201d she continued. \u201cThat\u2019s disgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Depp is suing Heard for $50 million, claiming she defamed him in a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/ive-seen-how-institutions-protect-men-accused-of-abuse-heres-what-we-can-do\/2018\/12\/18\/71fd876a-02ed-11e9-b5df-5d3874f1ac36_story.html\">2018 off to Coachella with her gal pals.<\/p>\n<p>Heard said she was getting ready to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a> to the music festival with a friend, and had left Boo and the couple\u2019s other dog, Pistol, on their bed while she packed for the trip.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the\u00a0trial, now in its fifth week, Depp testified that he planned to stop by the apartment to retrieve some belongings when someone at the home sent him a photo They weigh about 4 pounds each,\u201d he said.\u00a0\u201cI lived with those dogs. I picked up their funk. Well, I\u2019m finally there. I\u2019ll never be able to understand how I. fell in love with you\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Asked by her attorney\u00a0Elaine Bredehoft if Heard and Depp had discussed divorce the night before, the actress replied: \u201cWe didn\u2019t discuss divorce.
