He spoke during a conference call on Monday announcing the network\u2019s new fall lineup.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe marketing is all about delivering jaw dropping moments, which is exactly what the casting accomplished,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd whether it was on set or with the viewers at home I suppose my only regret or surprise was obviously the reveal was spoiled [by the press], but kudos to you guys. Just please don\u2019t do it again. I\u2019ll break a thousand more, baby, before I am through,\u201d the thrice-divorced former New York City mayor squawked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt can\u2019t get badder than that,\u201d judge Robin Thicke quipped about the jarring rendition.<\/p>\n<p>Not everyone onstage was taken aback. From left to right: Rob Lowe, Wade, Jeong, and Michael Thorn, the president of entertainment Fox Entertainment.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for UCLA<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Republican told host Nick Cannon he was inspired to be on the show to set an example for his new grandchild, the daughter of New York GOP\u00a0gubernatorial candidate Andrew Giuliani.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just had a granddaughter, Grace, and I want her to know that you should try everything, even the things that are completely unlike you and unlikely \u2014 and I can\u2019t think of anything more unlike me and unlikely than this,\u201d Giuliani explained.<\/p>\n<p>In the wake of the 2020 presidential election, Giuliani repeated unproven conspiracy theories and called for \u201ctrial by combat\u201d to overturn the legitimate election results.<\/p>\n<p>His law license\u00a0was suspended in New York\u00a0by judges who determined that he made \u201cfalse and misleading statements\u201d\u00a0related to voter fraud.<\/p>\n<p>The show gave a clue about Giuliani\u2019s identity by referencing Four Seasons Landscaping \u2014 a Philadelphia gardening company where Giuliani infamously held a post-election press conference when it was booked instead of the Four Seasons hotel.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
