Last week, the Brooklyn-bred r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er pleaded guilty in White Plains federal court to two counts: racketeering conspiracy and narcotics conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>While it\u2019s safe to assume Casanova is simply tired of being behind bars\u00a0and wants some kind of movement in his case, <em>Rolling Stone<\/em> reports there\u2019s another reason he decided to cop a plea. font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 17px; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CdcFCqpMPMH\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\">A post shared by Casanova_2x (@bigcasanova_2x)<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Assistant U.S. Attorney David Felton revealed one \u201ccooperator\u201d told the Feds Casanova accidentally fired a gun at a poker <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>, while another witness told authorities they saw him receive \u201cshipments of large quantities of marijuana.\u201d As Felton explained, \u201cGorilla Stone members saw him and his rap career as a way to make money and increase their status among other Bloods sects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fulton noted there was also <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a> evidence, including an Instagram post of Casanova standing next to a large amount of weed.\u00a0Direct messages and other \u201cintercepted communications\u201d confirmed his Gorilla Stone affiliation. In a recorded call from a New York state prison, one Gorilla Stone member told another Casanova always carried a gun. Felton said one gang member was worried his behavior \u201cwould potentially tarnish his rap career.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Casanova is aware the plea doesn\u2019t automatically guarantee a lighter sentence. He\u2019s already admitted to the drug conspiracy and the 2018 robbery of a young woman\u2019s cell phone, which his lawyer feels will bode well in court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Casanova] accepted responsibility for his conduct which was possession with intent to sell marijuana and the robbery of a young lady in a diner who was filming him with her phone,\u201d James Kousouros told <em>Pitchfork.<\/em> \u201cWe hope that our presentation to the court in advance of sentencing will illuminate the facts and circumstances surrounding this case and present [Casanova] for the person that he really is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Casanova faces five to 60 years in prison if convicted.
