So just hiring him may not turn out to be the best look\u2026<\/p>\n<p>All this comes as part of the new focus on PR guru\u00a0<strong>David Shane<\/strong>, a 49-year-old public relations professional hired recently by Heard who one source called \u201cthe walking\u00a0<strong>#MeToo<\/strong> case of the PR world\u201d in a shocking new conversation with <em><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10789633\/Amber-Heards-new-PR-guru-two-DUI-arrests-twice-accused-sexual-harassment.html\">DailyMail.com<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Amber Heard Confirms \u2018Aquaman 2\u2019 Role Has Been Reduced, And Blames Johnny Depp!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to several of his former colleagues, who spoke to the outlet anonymously about the allegedly \u201clitigious\u201d PR pro, he was <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>arently investigated by Human Resources departments at both\u00a0<strong>Hewlett-Packard<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Juniper<\/strong>, where he served as VP of communications for each firm consecutively from the late 2000s into the early 2010s.<\/p>\n<p>Reportedly called \u201cHurricane Shane\u201d by some associates at those firms, the PR vet allegedly left both companies following claims of sexual harassment. However, Shane\u2019s lawyer told the outlet that the allegations were \u201cfalse\u201d and a \u201cdistraction\u201d from the Depp-Heard trial.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the reported sexual harassment allegations, the outlet further determined through court documents that Shane had two DUI charges filed against him \u2014 one in 2010, and another one in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Also, a former model named\u00a0<strong>Hollie Doker<\/strong> spoke to the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> org about her alleged interaction with Shane, in which she claims he tried to force her to give him oral sex after two dates in late 2018. Doker, who is 32 years old now, alleges that Shane took her on two dates \u2014 one to <strong>Mr Chow<\/strong> and another one to\u00a0<strong>Nobu Sushi<\/strong>, in El Lay \u2014 after meeting on the exclusive dating app <strong>Raya\u00a0<\/strong>at some point that year.<\/p>\n<p>After the second date, she claims, he took her back to his WeHo condominium. Doker told the outlet about the allegations once there, saying (below):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe started getting really aggressive, like \u2018come to my bedroom, let\u2019s have sex.\u2019 I\u2019m like, \u2018no.\u2019 I even lied to him and told him I was on my period because I just felt so uncomfortable.\u00a0He said \u2018I took you on these amazing dates to these really great restaurants,\u2019 insinuating that I owed it to him.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Gross. Doker\u2019s allegations continued, with her adding:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAt that point he started getting super aggressive and he pushed my head down, towards that [his crotch]. I told him no and I got up. He got angry and was like \u2018I\u2019ll call you a f**king Uber.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"highlight\">Whoa\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Doker claims that she complained to Raya after the incident \u2014 and the company supposedly deleted Shane\u2019s account.<\/p>\n<p>However, Shane\u2019s lawyer\u00a0<strong>Rebecca Kaufman<\/strong> \u201cadamantly denies\u201d the allegations against the PR pro, arguing that the account given to the news outlet now is markedly different from one Doker shared in a private <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a><\/strong> group of Los Angeles-area women back at the end of 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Kaufman stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c[Shane] adamantly denies Hollie Doker\u2019s allegation, which dramatically conflicts with Ms. Doker\u2019s original account that she posted over three years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It apparently wasn\u2019t just Doker, though.<\/p>\n<p>Former colleagues from Shane\u2019s time at the company Juniper in northern California told the news outlet that there was a \u201cslew of complaints\u201d against him while working there. In one instance, one of the sources alleges, Shane supposedly used company funds to pay women to attend a 2011 conference in Hong Kong to \u201ccreate a club feel\u201d and \u201cimprove the gender balance\u201d of the event.<\/p>\n<p>The insider claimed:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe thought it was too heavily male, and so added some females into the mix. It was wildly inappropriate.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Another anonymous source from Juniper alleged further harassment, with the insider claiming Shane was \u201cpushing himself\u201d on younger women with whom he worked:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c[It was] inappropriate behavior with young members of the comms function. Comms teams are <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a>ly younger women.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And the bad behavior allegedly started even earlier, at Hewlett-Packard, too.<\/p>\n<p>The outlet reports that \u201ctwo sources who worked with [Shane]\u201d claim he abruptly left working at the tech giant in 2010 after an HR investigation was supposedly initiated. One insider alleged:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHewlett-Packard were doing an investigation on him. There were certainly a lot of issues. There was great discomfort among the women around him.
