The deal is expected to close on June 2. <span id=\"more-738296\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Behaviour Interactive plans to leverage Midwinter Entertainment\u2019s \u201cdeep experience and talent,\u201d welcoming the opportunity to channel their skills into \u201cexciting and original intellectual property.\u201d Midwinter Entertainment will also become a key asset of its new parent company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBehaviour was not just looking for any studio, but the right studio,\u201d said Behaviour Interactive president and executive producer Remi Racine in a press release. \u201cChemistry was essential and our similar values, cultures, and our commitment to creating <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s that push boundaries and defy expectations make Midwinter a perfect fit. This is an important move during a milestone year for Behaviour, which will mark its 30th anniversary in September, and further evidence of the impressive growth that has seen our revenues more than double since 2019 and our team reach nearly 1,000 full-time employees.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- AD: content --><br \/>\n        Midwinter Entertainment studio head Mary Olson added, \u201cWhen we first started talking to Behaviour months ago, the alignment across the teams was striking, and in my experience rare.
